2-Hour Informal Observation and Consultation

If any of the above questions concerns you, this informal observation for your child will be a great opportunity to answer all your uncertainties and worries. Mr. Toby Mountjoy (AP Director) or Mr. Raymond Fung (AP Behavioral Consultant) will come to Manila and bring Informal Observation and Consultation to the families of children with ASD! They will

• Conduct a parent interview and work directly with your child
• Identify your child’s areas of strength and weakness
• Provide guidance on curriculum areas for your child
• Provide advice on the current priority of treatment
• Provide direction on the format of therapy i.e. go to school, 1 on 1, small group, etc
• Answer parent questions
• Parents must accompany the child through the session time. Close caregiver is allowed to attend the session

Consultation duration: 2 hours (each family can book 1 session only)

Remarks: – Each session is limited to max. 1 child with 2 adults.
– Parent must accompany the child throughout the session time.
– Close caregiver is also allowed to attend the session.
– This is NOT a formal diagnostic or skills-based assessment. NO REPORT will be provided.

Therapist Biography:

Toby Mountjoy
MSc, BCBA, Director

Mr. Toby Mountjoy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. With over 20 years of experience working with individuals with ASD, he has been extensively trained by Dr. Ronald Leaf, Dr. Mitchell Taubman and Dr. John McEachin. Besides overseeing the Autism Partnership operation in Hong Kong, Korea, Philippines and Singapore with over 100 staff, including psychologists, consultants and therapists, he has also provided consultations to school districts, agencies, and families worldwide. Mr. Mountjoy has also contributed chapters to publications such as “Sense & Nonsense” and “It’s Time for School”. In 2007, he founded the charitable Autism Partnership Foundation and Aoi Pui School to offer more services for children with Autism.

Raymond Fung
M.S. ABA, BCBA, Behavioral Consultant

Raymond is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University, and currently pursuing his doctoral degree at the University of Bristol in education. Raymond is the conference chair of Hong Kong Association for Behaivor Analysis (HKABA), the member of Association for Behaivor Analysis International (ABAI) and the part-time lecturer of a master program of ASD in the Open University of Hong Kong. For over 18 years, Raymond has been teaching individuals with ASD of different ages and functioning levels in 1 on 1, group and school settings at Autism Partnership under the on-going training from Dr. Ron Leaf and his associates. Since 2004, he has been specializing in professional training for therapists, supervisors, schoolteachers, and parents internationally. He consults in China, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Korea, South Africa, and Russia. Currently, he is the behavioral consultant of AP Hong Kong, the clinical director of AP Philippines, and the voluntary consultant of AP Foundation. In 2014-15, Raymond developed 6 mobile applications for individuals with ASD. Raymond has been actively promoting autism awareness and effective treatment by conducting workshops, writing articles for his 2 columns, and hosting a radio program.
