Train the Trainer

The TTT program is designed for families who are not able to relocate to Manila and wish to train their own local clinical staff.

Autism Partnership provides 1 or 2 weeks of ABA training for the local staff at our AP center in Manila or at a location in their city. The TTT program focuses on developing the staff skills to be able to conduct a program designed by AP Behavioral Consultants.

AP will provide a day of staff screening to help parents hire and select suitable staff. These staff will then join the 1 or 2 weeks training program and at the end of the training, the staff will begin working with the families and receive regular on-going consultation from AP Behavioral Consultants.

During the training, AP will cover:

• Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT)
• Behavior Management
• Communication Temptation
• Task Analysis
• Prompting Strategies and Prompt Fading
• Developing Reinforcement
• Functional Analysis
• Contingency Management
• Developing Curriculum
