One in 59 children is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2020. The availability of evidence-based interventions remains to be inadequate globally especially in the Philippines.

Camille Lajara
Program Coordinator
Camille Lajara is currently enrolled in Masters in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis at Endicott College, in Massachusetts, USA. She is earning credits, trainings and supervision hours to sit in the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Examination. As a registered Psychometrician since 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Psychology from De La Salle Lipa, Philippines, she started as a therapist at Autism Partnership in 2016.  She has been receiving ongoing training in Hong Kong and Philippines offices under the supervision and guidance of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Raymond Fung, Dr. David Fisher and Kathleen Man (Overseas Behavioral Consultant of Autism Partnership).

She has extensive experience in providing Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for Children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder from ages 2 to adolescents.

At present, she is leading the supervision and training of staff, caregivers and other professionals to manage the consistency of the implementation of programs, provide ongoing support and make adjustments following the Consultant’s recommendation. In the past years, she has been representing Autism Partnership Philippines in clinical meetings, workshops and conferences conducted at the center and other allied agencies.
Kim Marie Villanueva
Program Coordinator
Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Beda College Alabang, Philippines. She started her teaching career in 2012 as a special education teacher for children ages 3-15 years old. She then joined Autism Partnership in 2017 and began working as a Program Specialist. Kim has experience in working directly with children with autism, providing intensive early behavioral intervention in one-on-one and group settings.

As a Program Coordinator, Kim provides continuous supervision and staff training, conducts workshops and training for parents, caregivers and other professionals. She also works with children on an individual basis. Kim is working closely with therapists, parents and consultants to ensure the provision of the best possible service for the students of Autism Partnership Manila. She receives ongoing training and development under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Consultants (BCBA), Raymond Fung and Overseas Behavior Consultant of the Philippines, Kathleen Man. 
Marian Mationg
Senior Behavior Therapist
Marian Mationg is a registered psychometrician and holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology from De La Salle University-Manila. Marian is currently pursuing her further studies in Clinical Psychology in the same university. She has been working with Autism Partnership Manila since 2017 – teaching learners from ages 2 to 18 in one-on-one and group settings. While teaching, she was trained and supervised by Behavioral Consultants of AP while collaborating with other therapists to maximize the progress of our students.

She is now the Senior Behavioral Therapist of the Aspire Program, AP Manila’s program for 7-18 year-old learners. As the Lead, she supervises the daily running of the program to ensure the effectiveness of teaching and therapy while regularly providing staff training. A part of her work is also to provide training to parents, caregivers, and other professionals on how they can deal with learners with ASD at home, school, and other settings.

She also receives ongoing training from our Hong Kong consultants, Suzanne Law (Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst and Behavioral Consultant of AP School) and Kathleen Man (Overseas Behavioral Consultant of AP and Former Principal of AP School). Together with our consultants, she is responsible for designing highly individualized goal plans to create well-rounded programs including, but are not limited to, emotional regulation, self-help, social skills, functional academics, and pre-vocational skills for our students, while working closely with their families.
