Ms. Kathleen Man holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She joined Autism Partnership in 1998 and has been extensively trained by Dr. Ronald Leaf, Dr. John McEachin, Dr. Mitch Taubman and under the guidance of Toby Mountjoy. She worked as a Clinical Supervisor, managing cases, parent support, setting up of ‘Little Learners’ a toddler preschool program and staff training at the Hong Kong Office. She has also participated in setting up and training overseas office Japan, Singapore, and Seoul.
Kathleen was also involved in the set up and registration of the first school in Hong Kong for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and took the role of Principal of Aoi Pui School when the school was registered in 2007. She was responsible for the school management, developing the school program, increasing awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorder and the ‘Autism Partnership Method’ of ABA as well as providing professional training for over a hundred of therapists.
In 2019, she moved to London, and continues to support Aoi Pui School and Autism Partnership Foundation as a consultant in mentoring senior staff to take on leadership and supervisory roles. Kathleen is also the overseas Clinical Director of AP Manila where she is supporting the Program Coordinators and local staff.
